After 25 years of serving the community in Pacific Palisades, Dr. Emma has relocated to Santa Monica. The January 7th Palisades fire was an unprecedented disaster. Due to the extent of contamination in the village, she made the difficult decision to leave her longtime home at 984 Monument Street. She continues providing dental care at our new location in Santa Monica.
She remains committed to her patients and community as she works together to recover and rebuild. She stands strong and united with her community. Los Angeles Strong. Pali Strong.
My work for Dr. Emma Kim has:

Challenge: Low performing landing page that was out of date.
The issue was clunky, outdated, hard to navigate, website. It also lacked the data insights needed to adapt or improve over time.
Process: Building User-friendly, Intuitive, More Engaging Dental Site
To address the challenge, I took a comprehensive approach to redesign the landing page optimized for both usability and speed to increase her new customer base.
Outcome: Higher Registrations, Better Engagement
The results were immediate and measurable. The redesigned workshop sites saw significant increases in patient registrations and appointment scheduling. Dr. Emma was able to use the insights from the analytics to adjust strategy in real-time, boosting patient intake even further. This website didn’t just support the dental practice but became a powerful tool in driving their recovery from relocation into success.
Before and After The Redesign of The Dental Website
I took the existing website from a clunky, outdated, hard‑to‑navigate experience and transformed it into a cleaner, faster, and more engaging destination that better reflects the practice’s new identity and story. I redesigned the landing page with a more intuitive layout, clearer hierarchy, and improved visuals, so patients can quickly understand Dr. Emma’s relocation, services, and how to book an appointment. I refreshed the overall look and feel to give her dental presence a consistent, modern identity, updating typography, imagery, and interaction details while optimizing the site for usability and speed. Under the hood, I rebuilt and maintained the site architecture, navigation, and code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript within WordPress/PHP), and added analytics and automatic monitoring so we could track engagement, understand how visitors were using the site, and keep iterating based on real data.
